VIP Cabin Service & Silver Service Training in Almaty
Prime Aviation, a corporate VIP operator based in Almaty, have recently awarded a service training contract to Active Aviation Training covering customer service, silver service and VIP cabin service training for their cabin crew.
Active Aviation Training designed customised training programmes for the operator, and one of their service instructors has been based in Almaty for a period of three weeks delivering the training to all the cabin crew working on the corporate jets.
The course was broadly divided into two parts. The first part focused on customer service skills specific to VIP clients. The second part of the course covered Cabin and In Flight Services topics such as different methods of service delivery, Silver Service, Cabin Grooming, Wines & Beverages, Plating of Food, Awareness on International Cuisine and various other subjects specifically designed for the cabin crew.
